Abstract
Numerous attempts to settle the military confrontations in Africa, undertaken by the African governments, by separate political groups and international organizations, meet as a rule very serious difficulties.That issue has been investigated by Karin Dokken, the professor of the Oslo University in the monograph «African Security Politics Redefined».
