Abstract
Rapid economic development in China during the reform has created favorable conditions for doing business in the country. As a consequence, many Chinese professionals who live overseas, students and graduates of foreign universities have became more interested in returning to their homeland.Chinese authorities pay great attention to creating favorable conditions both for their activities in the professional field, and in the everyday terms. Nevertheless, many returnees are faced with very serious social problems that hinder their adaptation to new conditions.
